Job Summary
Director, Privacy & Security Enterprise Engagement leads the Shared Services EEO team within Enterprise Privacy & Security Risk Management (EPSRM), coordinating privacy, security, AI governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise engagement across Health Plan lines of business. Responsibilities include strategically leading and developing the team, managing governance and evidence delivery (SSPs/SSPPs, BCP, incident response attestations), aligning contracts and obligations to governance requirements, interfacing with regulators, auditors, and business stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement of engagement processes and risk controls. Required experience includes senior-level information security leadership, regulatory knowledge (HIPAA, CMS/MARS-E/ARC-AMPE, NCQA), and stakeholder collaboration at executive levels. Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT) and a Bachelor's degree are expected, with a Master's preferred; 8+ years in security capabilities and 5+ years in leading security/engagement teams; 3+ years working with government health plan operations; salary range $148,000-$274,200 per year with flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, field, or office). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or other related field
- Master's degree preferred
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Professional)
- CISM
- CRISC (Certified Risk and Information Systems Control)
- CGEIT or related advanced Risk or Security certification
- 8 years of experience with security capabilities, technologies, and architecture
- 5 years of experience in leading BISO/TISO or Technical Enterprise Engagement teams and engaging with executive leaders
- 3 years of experience with government sponsored health plan operations and associated regulatory and contractual requirements or similarly regulated industry
- 3+ years of supervisory/management experience
