Job Summary
Director, Pricing & Contracting Strategy responsible for defining and designing short- and long-term pricing and contracting strategies for a portfolio of products. Leads development of product launch pricing and contracting strategies and partners with stakeholders across payer, provider, and legislative landscapes to monitor contract performance, align with brand and market access, and inform strategic planning. Builds business cases to support contract reviews, collaborates with legal, finance, and contract operations, and provides marketing support to account leads and field teams. Requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate data into actionable pricing and contracting guidance across multiple customer channels; preferred MBA and deep experience in market access, pricing, and contracting within the pharmaceutical sector.
