Job Summary
Director, Pricing & Contracting leads pricing and contracting operations for launch readiness and post-launch activities, including pricing strategy, contract development and negotiation, revenue management, and state price transparency. Collaborates with Finance, HEOR, Trade and Accounts, Forecasting, Legal, and cross-functional teams to inform pricing offers, modeling, and program design. Develops analytical models to assess the financial impact of offers, guides contract language, and oversees contract lifecycle and lookback analyses. Owns revenue management processes with external vendors, ensures GP methodology compliance for government programs, and drives state price transparency submissions and compendia data integrity. Requires deep experience with Government Pricing, 340B, and related reimbursement programs; strong MS Office proficiency; and ability to communicate insights and influence senior leaders. Education: Bachelor’s degree; 8-10+ years in pharma/biotech pricing, market access, or contracting; preferably in specialty or gene therapies. Salary range: $220,554.00 - $269,566.00 USD per year base, plus bonus and equity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 8-10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a minimum of 6 years in pricing, market access, or contracting, preferably in specialty or gene therapies
