Job Summary
Director Pricing & Commercial Offers at Accor Europe & Africa North region, responsible for defining the regional pricing strategy and roadmap in collaboration with VP Commercial Systems & Pricing and stakeholders; define and optimise rate architecture; oversee hotel support, distribution rollout, and offer committee leadership; manage campaign solicitation and pricing aspects of campaigns (Rate Loading) with Central and SMDL; ensure system standards for pricing/offer management; monitor industry pricing trends and tools; requires strong strategic communication, leadership, and experience with CRS/PMS/RMS and Upsell tools; English and French fluency; based in Paris area with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 5-+10 years operational experience in RM or Central support working with commercial systems: CRS, PMS, Distribution systems, RMS, Upsell tools
- Deep technical understanding of Pricing tools and methodologies with a strong track record of developing effective Pricing Strategies
- Leadership and project management of large scale system deployments
- Previous team management, leading pricing specialists
- Fluent verbal & written English required, French
