Job Summary
Director, Pricing and Commercial Strategy role leading global pricing framework, governance, and yield optimization across events, digital products, and branded experiences. Responsibilities include defining and enforcing pricing policies, translating strategic pricing goals into actionable guidelines, partnering with senior leadership to influence pricing posture and margin optimization, building and maintaining global pricing models and dashboards, conducting pricing research (elasticity, benchmarking, willingness-to-pay), running pricing pilots and A/B tests, delivering regular pricing performance reporting, and leading capability-building through training and change management. Requires a Master’s degree and 8–12+ years in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Strategy, with strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience with pricing tools, ERP/CRM systems, and pricing governance; travel internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Strategy
- Demonstrated leadership experience within complex, global, matrixed organizations
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
- Experience with pricing analytics tools; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and dynamic pricing engines preferred
- Solid understanding of yield management and capacity optimization principles
- Travel willingness to travel internationally to support regional teams and pricing initiatives
