Job Summary
Manage and maintain dual credit partnerships with high schools, serving as the primary point of contact for administrators while leading team coordination on course offerings, eligibility, and academic calendars. Provide academic advising to dual enrollment students in online and on-campus modalities, guiding families through enrollment processes and monitoring progress to intervene on concerns. Recruit new subscription-model partners annually and deliver customer care, supporting onboarding for students entering via these programs. Collaborate with admissions, registrar, and academic units to ensure seamless student entry and persistence, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to program assessment. This role acts as a key liaison between the university, partners, and students to ensure a high-quality academic experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in academic advising, student services, enrollment management, or partnership coordination in a higher education or K–12 context
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with high school students, parents, educators, and university stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
- High School Diploma
- Administrative Experience
- Must be a member of a local evangelical* Christian church

- Experience in education as a teacher, administrator, or advisor
