Job Summary
Director of Precision Medicine responsible for the enterprise-wide vision, operational execution, and clinical integration of the Precision Medicine core. Leads translation of genomics and molecular discoveries into personalized pediatric care by overseeing precision clinics, variant science, pharmacogenomics, and innovative therapies including gene-therapy trials. Manages multidisciplinary teams to establish specialized clinics and integrates biomarker-driven testing into standard clinical practice, bridging research and bedside application to redefine pediatric care.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of relevant professional experience
- 5 years of proven leadership experience
- Master's degree in scientific discipline (e.g., Research, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Statistics, Chemistry, etc.)
