Job Summary
Director of Practice Operations for Cardiology/Pulmonology to oversee provider templates, productivity, and quality metrics; evaluate and manage licensing, certifications, inspections, and risk events; drive recruitment for the service line and monitor recruitment triggers; focus on consumer experience through performance accountability and training; lead team engagement and ensure mandatory training; optimize workflows for providers and staff; manage financial performance, budgeting, and capital planning; collaborate with facilities and purchasing to support capital requests; requires 5+ years of healthcare leadership with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field; BLS CPR preferred; CMOM preferred; located in Rome, GA; full-time, day shift.
