Job Summary
Director, Practice Management leads the operational, financial, and clinical oversight of physician practices within the healthcare system. Responsible for staffing, budgeting, billing and revenue cycle optimization, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery. Collaborates with physicians, hospital leadership, and administrative teams to optimize patient access, provider satisfaction, and business performance while implementing policies and procedures that align with best practices in clinical operations and patient privacy. Oversees strategic planning, analytics, onboarding and credentialing of providers, and represents the organization with third-party payers and healthcare networks to support financial and operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or
- Seven (7) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred
