Job Summary
Own the detailed operating plan for Posh Live, making day-to-day business decisions across supply, demand, product priorities, programming, and marketplace quality. Define buyer experience standards and curation criteria for premium content while managing the Host Acquisition team to grow and maintain a healthy seller base. Drive cross-product growth by prioritizing features that strengthen connections between Posh Live and the broader marketplace, then lead a cross-functional group spanning Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to set goals and hold partners accountable. Establish the operating cadence, including goal-setting and business reviews, and make final calls on trade-offs within your remit to ensure Posh Live grows into a healthy, scalable business.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience in strategy, business/general management, or product/growth roles
- track record of owning outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to take a strategic direction set by others and run a business against it
- Comfort owning pricing/fee structures, marketplace supply/demand levers, and quality-vs-volume trade-offs
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- comfortable owning KPIs, building forecasts, and being held accountable for hitting them
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally and drive accountability without direct reporting authority
- Excellent communication skills
- High ownership and bias to action
- comfortable running a business day to day in a fast-moving, still-emerging environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience managing a team (e.g., acquisition, sales, or partnerships) with clear performance targets
- Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, social/live commerce, or content/creator platforms
- Prior experience with live shopping, video commerce, or creator economy businesses
