Job Summary
Lead valuation engagements for illiquid investments across private equity, hedge, credit, venture capital and infrastructure; design and build sophisticated financial models (DCF, market multiples, option pricing) and communicate results to clients and management; manage client relationships, pursue new business, and oversee engagement letters; collaborate with teams to deliver timely, high-quality analyses and presentations; require 6+ years of valuation modelling experience and a strong foundation in finance/accounting/economics (MBA or advanced degree preferred); hybrid work arrangement from Atlanta, Nashville, or New Jersey with emphasis on client interactions, data gathering, and industry-event participation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA
- Minimum 6 years of constructing and reviewing valuation models (DCF, comparable company, commodity contracts/forecasts, and other intangible asset models)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with managing engagement teams
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of market data sources including Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ
