Job Summary
As a senior Vice President/Director in the Valuations team, you will lead the delivery of high-quality valuation services to clients, managing valuation engagements including independent expert’s reports and portfolio valuations across various industries. You will strengthen client relationships as a trusted advisor, drive business development initiatives, and collaborate with global teams. This role includes supervising and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, requiring a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a significant financial advisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, or a relevant field
- At least 6 years of financial advisory experience, with the majority in valuations or a closely related field
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and leading complex engagements
- Strong practical experience and technical knowledge of valuation methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Australian market experience and an established local professional network
Desired Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field
