Job Summary
Director, Portfolio Valuation responsible for designing and executing valuation analyses and financial models (DCF, market multiples, option pricing) for illiquid investments across geographies; conduct client interviews, manage and grow client relationships, pitch new business, draft engagement letters, and present findings in verbal and written reports. Requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience leading engagement teams, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and market data tools (Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ). Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics or MBA with a minimum of 6 years in valuation modeling; role is hybrid from Morristown office. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA
- Minimum 6 years of constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models including: DCF, comparable company, commodity contracts / forecasts, and other intangible asset models
