Job Summary

Director, Portfolio Management leads the strategy, execution, and success of a complex, multi-study clinical research portfolio, driving governance, sponsor partnerships, cross-functional collaboration, and portfolio-level KPIs. Responsibilities include portfolio strategy and execution, governance of scope, timelines, resourcing, quality and financial performance; partnering with sponsors, investigators, and cross-functional teams; supporting proposals and portfolio growth with Business Development and Clinical Development; and providing people leadership to high-performing teams. This fully remote US role does not offer relocation or visa sponsorship.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 7+ years’ experience in clinical research or project management including prior people leadership
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Associate Director or equivalent role managing multiple complex clinical studies concurrently
