Job Summary
Oversee financial performance of joint ventures and assets, including development entities, while supporting equity processes, shareholder funding, and distributions. Ensure compliance with key agreements and assess financial impacts of business decisions related to joint ventures, customer contracts, suppliers, pricing, and development timing. Lead asset-level financial strategies to ensure sustainable financing, liquidity, and compliance. Oversee financial and financing models including base case, downside scenarios, and sensitivity analyses in cooperation with the Business Model team. Assess and communicate financial risks, mitigants, and downside scenarios to senior management and investors, challenging development business cases for greenfield and expansion projects. Lead project finance and corporate financing processes for new and existing data center assets, including initial bank financings, refinancings, and amendments. Prepare and present board-level and investor reporting, providing clear financial insights to support investment and development decisions. Support audits, lender reviews, and due diligence processes. Manage or oversee joint venture finance functions including budgeting, cash management, planning, accounting coordination, year-end closing, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical discipline
- Multiple years of relevant experience in infrastructure, real estate, private equity, investment banking, or project finance
- Proven experience working with institutional investors, joint ventures, and complex capital structures
- Strong track record in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis
- Experience in data centres, energy, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
- Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
