Job Summary
Director, Portfolio Management & Finance responsible for capital markets execution (sourcing/structuring debt, hedges, and co-investment equity), portfolio analytics and fund management (valuation, forecasting, and capital planning), and structured finance investments (preferred equity, mezzanine). Leads cross-functional acquisition/development/refinancing teams, supervises junior staff, and communicates financing rationale to lenders and capital partners. Must demonstrate strong financial modeling (Excel, Argus), capital markets experience, and ability to present to lenders/investors; oversee lender due diligence, compliance, and portfolio metrics; collaborate with Asset Management, Fund Accounting, Development, Investor Relations, and Acquisitions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting and six years of relevant experience; graduate degree preferred; strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
