Director, Portfolio Management

Director of Portfolio Management leads the TechStrat Run Infrastructure portfolio, delivering end-to-end financial oversight, governance and reporting. Responsibilities include aligning funding and capacity with strategic priorities, forecasting and variance analysis, executive-ready portfolio reporting (Power BI), CAPEX/OPEX planning, status tracking across milestones, and leadership enablement of the portfolio team. The role partners with senior IT and Finance leaders to advise on funding decisions, capacity planning, and portfolio optimization, while governing associate hiring governance and ensuring resources align with IT strategy and budgets. The position also supports enterprise-wide performance reporting, OKRs/RTSR alignment, and internal program oversight, driving continuous improvement to ensure resources are deployed effectively and sustainably in support of enterprise and technology objectives.
