Director Policy

Director Policy lead: oversee Dexcom’s reimbursement strategy across private, public, and government programs; analyze and communicate access/payments policy (CMS rules, legislation) to internal stakeholders; coordinate with cross-functional teams and external consultants; serve as SME on U.S. coding, coverage, and payment; assess financial and business impacts of policy changes; support engagement with policymakers and industry groups; monitor payer landscape; educate internal teams on managed care policy and reimbursement dynamics (Medicare Parts A–D, Medicaid, exchanges, value-based models); collaborate to inform advocacy strategies and identify opportunities to advance U.S. business objectives; lead a team to develop and execute policy objectives; requires strong healthcare policy/advocacy background, leadership, and ability to synthesize complex policy for diverse audiences; travel ~20% and exposure to industry conferences and public events.
