Job Summary
Lead and govern Turner & Townsend's PMO for major aviation and infrastructure programs; establish PMO framework, governance, and operating structure for programs; define standards across cost, schedule, risk, change, reporting, and document management; ensure SOX controls where applicable; oversee integrated program controls (cost, scheduling, risk, performance reporting) and develop dashboards/executive reports; drive risk management, change management, and scenario analysis; serve as PMO representative to client executives and delivery partners; mentor a multidisciplinary PMO team; require strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and communication; 12+ years in program management/PMO or program controls with aviation/infrastructure experience; preferred certifications PMP, PgMP, CCP, PSP. It also notes on-site requirements may change depending on client needs and provides a salary range of $230K-$250K per year.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or program controls for major capital programs
- Proven experience in aviation, transportation, or large infrastructure delivery
- Strong expertise in governance, program controls, reporting, and risk/change management
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CCP, PSP, or equivalent
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
