Job Summary
Lead a team of five in the second line of defense for operational non-financial risk, including data, cyber, technology, transaction processes, and fraud. Oversee the governance framework, monitoring, and reporting of operational risks for corporate service groups (Finance, HR, Enterprise Risk, Legal & Regulatory Compliance). Develop and enforce policies, standards, methodologies, and controls to increase transparency, accuracy, and consistency across groups. Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, People, Culture & Brand, Legal, Regulatory & Compliance, and Finance to implement metrics and program standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive action plans. Build and maintain the governance system, provide advisory support to senior leaders, attract and develop talent, and foster a culture aligned with values and diversity. possessed leadership capabilities to navigate senior-level dynamics, influence decision-making, and deliver organizational impact while ensuring alignment with risk-management strategies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
