Lead a team of five in the second line of defense for operational non-financial risk, including data, cyber, technology, transaction processes, and fraud. Oversee the governance framework, monitoring, and reporting of operational risks for corporate service groups (Finance, HR, Enterprise Risk, Legal & Regulatory Compliance). Develop and enforce policies, standards, methodologies, and controls to increase transparency, accuracy, and consistency across groups. Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, People, Culture & Brand, Legal, Regulatory & Compliance, and Finance to implement metrics and program standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive action plans.
