Director, Platform Partnerships

Job Summary
Build and own the strategy for existing and new platform partnerships, acting as the company subject matter expert on identity, data, verification, and measurement partners. Manage the internal "LUMAscape" to handle inbound inquiries and pursue outbound opportunities, while evaluating and vetting new prospects to build business cases for internal buy-in. Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with Legal and serve as the primary commercial lead for both pre-existing and new partners. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure technical alignment, design GTM materials, and manage ongoing billing and invoicing. Effectively communicate the TripleLift narrative to decision-makers at prospective partners and implement Salesforce tracking to document progress with leadership. Expected 20% travel for industry events and meetings with partners.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of programmatic or online advertising experience
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including key players in identity, data, verification, measurement, and attribution
- Extensive experience managing contract negotiations with Legal teams
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Proven track record of identifying and closing market-moving deals
- Facility with managing complex, long sales cycle deals
- Effective time management skills

- Ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward
- Expected 20% travel for industry events and meeting with partners
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, identity, data, measurement or verification platforms
- Background in product management, management consulting, or other relevant function that demands strategic thinking and bringing structure to complex problems
