Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring efficient function and highest standards of excellence. Demonstrate productive management skills while identifying and controlling critical cost elements to promote quality awareness. Formulate departmental budgets, monitor staff performance, and implement performance improvement initiatives. Collaborate with staff, physicians, and the Chief Operating Officer to ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient care standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree preferred, and experience in a hospital setting.
