Job Summary
Director, Planning, Strategy & Value – AI & Digital Transformation leads RBC AI Group's strategy, governance, and value realization for enterprise-scale AI transformation programs. Responsible for portfolio planning, executive governance frameworks, leadership engagement with senior executives and finance, and driving investments and performance metrics to deliver sustained AI-enabled enterprise value. Collaborates with executives to align strategy, funding, and execution, facilitates forums and committees, and advocates for business initiatives with the Value Office to realize AI value. Requires senior leadership experience in strategy, transformation, or financial services, strong cross-functional collaboration, finance and budget governance, and people management.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years in strategy, transformation, consulting, or financial services leadership
- 5-10 years experience in portfolio or program management
- 5-10 years experience working with executives, including governance deliverables and cross-functional alignment
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Financial and business acumen, with a track record of driving strategic outcomes, managing complex budgets and maintaining strong financial governance
- People management experience
- Resilience and adaptability
