Job Summary
Director of Planning Orchestration leads the execution of planning services for HAVI across European markets, with direct oversight of Control Tower planning resources based in Krakow, Poland. Ensures high-quality planning outputs aligned to KPIs, maintains cost and budget oversight, and works with cross-functional teams to strengthen stakeholder alignment, adopt new services, and drive large-scale process improvements. Responsible for defining and evolving the operating model for planning service delivery, standardizing and automating planning processes, and partnering with account management, technology, and product teams to design and implement enhancements that improve planning effectiveness and scalability. Provides leadership to Control Tower teams, ensures resource alignment and capability development, maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and oversees deployment, change management, and training for new planning services and tools. Contributes to product strategy by translating customer feedback and market needs into actionable system improvements, and supports delivery scale through effective resource planning and budget oversight across the European planning organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field
- Extensive leadership experience in global supply chain planning
- Experience in client-facing roles and senior stakeholder management
- End-to-end planning operations (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP/IBP) accountability
- Experience designing operating models, governance, and performance management (KPIs, SLAs)
- Track record of large-scale transformation initiatives (standardization, centralization, automation)
- Experience supporting business growth through service expansion and enhanced customer engagement
- Strong enterprise leadership and cross-functional influencing ability
- Ability to translate needs into scalable planning solutions
- Advanced data and digital acumen, planning systems, analytics
- Experience adopting new tools/processes at scale
- Excellent communication and executive presence
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma certification (advanced degree or certification strongly preferred)
- Experience leading global supply chain planning
- Experience managing multi-country Control Tower delivery models
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Track record of end-to-end planning operations (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP/IBP)
- Experience designing operating models, governance structures, and performance management (KPIs, SLAs)
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives

- Data analytics and planning systems expertise
