Job Summary

Lead global service parts planning and multi-year transformational initiatives across the product lifecycle, driving governance, optimization of inventory and service performance, and adoption of advanced planning technologies. Build and execute a modernization roadmap for planning capabilities, redesign processes, automate and digitally transform planning programs, develop business cases and financial models, and establish measurement systems to enable proactive decision-making. Champion utilization of planning platforms (e.g., Servigistics), analytics, AI, and automation to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and customer experience, while balancing service levels, cost, and operational performance. Build and mentor a global team of senior contributors, partner with executive leadership to align planning priorities with growth objectives, and lead governance and risk management across strategic supply chain programs and lifecycle initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline; 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, service operations, or related functions; strong preference for service parts planning and service supply chain management; demonstrated experience leading large-scale planning transformation, process modernization, and technology implementation initiatives
