Job Summary
Director of Planning and Continuous Improvement leads global service parts planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible for strategy and execution of global service parts planning across the product lifecycle; drives multi-year planning governance, optimization of inventory, and service performance; develops business cases and financial models for investments; champions modernization via process redesign, automation, digital transformation, and adoption of planning technologies (e.g., Servigistics); enables analytics, AI, and data-driven decision making; leads a global team of senior individual contributors and collaborates with executives to align planning priorities with business goals; oversees governance, risk management, and organizational development; travel approximately 25%.
