Job Summary
Director, Planning and Performance for the Global Partner Organization who is equal parts strategist, operator, and change-maker. Leads with structure and disciplined execution to align and drive cross-functional initiatives across the Global Partner Organization, building and running the operating cadence, ensuring alignment among leaders, and representing the GPO in key forums. Primary responsibilities include orchestrating high-priority initiatives, delivering planning rhythms (QSR planning, leadership reviews, and executive-ready materials), driving timely follow-through, and enabling data-driven decisions through KPI definition, dashboards, and business reviews. The role requires partnering with diverse teams (sales, partner, enablement, finance, operations) to improve productivity, alignment, and accountability, while coordinating and socializing decisions across the leadership team. In-office role based in Santa Clara, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, chief of staff, program management, or a related operating role
- Experience supporting senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed environment
- Track record of improving operating cadence, execution discipline, and team alignment
- Experience with KPI definition, dashboarding, goal-setting, and business review preparation
- Experience partnering with sales, partner, go-to-market, enablement, finance, or operations teams preferred
