Director, Planning and Analysis - Multi-Property

Direct the Planning & Analysis department by developing operational goals, managing staff, and overseeing annual budget preparation. Monitor labor costs, enforce scheduling efficiency, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Conduct short and long-term financial analysis, compare actual results to budgets, and calculate marketing program profitability to improve EBITDA. Present findings to executive management, develop presentations for operational reviews, and distribute key operating metrics. Identify market trends, proactively seek margin enhancement opportunities, and prepare ad-hoc analysis using SQL, Tableau, and Oracle ERP. Maintain strict confidentiality while supporting superior customer service standards across the property.
