Job Summary
Lead the Home Care Division's Performance Improvement Program, quality review activities, and Infection Prevention and Control initiatives. Monitor clinical quality, including OASIS outcomes and Home Health Value-Based Purchasing, while coordinating responses to Medicare and payer audits such as RAC, TPE, and SMRC. Oversee medical review activities, managed care operations, and regulatory compliance to ensure readiness for surveys. Facilitate meetings and present clinical, operational, and financial data trends to Home Care and Catholic Health leadership. Requires a New York State Registered Nurse license, Master's degree, and five years of progressive management experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency.
Required Qualifications
- New York State Registered Nurse license
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or a related healthcare field
- A minimum of five years of progressive management experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, OASIS, HHVBP, infection prevention and control, regulatory requirements, audits, appeals and home health reimbursement
- Strong leadership skills
- Analytical skills

- Presentation skills
- Meeting facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
