Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of high-potential individual prospects capable of making 5-7 figure gifts through identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship cycles. Forge long-term relationships with these individuals to cultivate interest in UofL, while soliciting and securing major gifts to reach an annual goal of no less than $2M. Actively maintain complex university relationships and convene campus partners to advise on coordinated strategies that maximize lifetime engagement and support for strategic initiatives. Work closely with Prospect Management, faculty, and volunteers to identify cultivation strategies, record moves in the CRM, and oversee funding proposals and stewardship reports. Interface regularly with deans, faculty, and university leaders to prepare for prospect meetings and assist in solicitations, including travel to donors and evening or weekend event attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Four (4) years of relevant experience

- Grade 11 (Salaried)
