Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects to secure philanthropic support aligned with Foundation priorities. Develop and implement individualized cultivation and solicitation strategies while conducting donor visits and engagement activities. Lead planned giving and legacy giving efforts, including identifying prospects and developing communications supporting long-term gifts. Engage members, Foundation Board members, alumni, and physician leaders in philanthropic activities to expand participation and giving opportunities. Oversee donor stewardship and recognition programs to deepen relationships and demonstrate impact. Partner with the Grants Manager to identify funding opportunities for family foundations and donor-advised funds. Prepare donor briefings, cultivation plans, and fundraising materials while coaching a high-performing Grants Manager. Achieve annual fundraising goals across major gifts, individual giving, and planned giving to increase revenue from $2MM to $4MM by 2027.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive fundraising experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proficiency with donor databases

  • Preference for Salesforce proficiency
