Job Summary
Interim Director of Pharmacy leading 50-bed hospital inpatient operations; oversee daily inpatient operations, focusing on quality, regulatory preparedness, and compliance. Manage a staff of 10 and collaborate with nurse managers and other leaders; may serve as Pharmacy PIC (Person in Charge). Requires inpatient pharmacy expertise, ability to work primarily M-F with weekend availability, and licensure to practice in WA.
Required Qualifications
- PharmD required
- Licensed to practice in WA or in the process already and about to receive their license in WA
- BLS and ACLS required
- 3-5 years of inpatient patient care experience
- 3-5 years of management/leadership experience
- experience with direct bedside care/Inpatient/ clinical experience
