Job Summary
Direct and oversee Brown University Health Pharmacy Finance operations, including managing annual operating and capital budgets, financial reporting, revenue cycle management, cash and AR/Dashboard performance, and accounts payable oversight across pharmacy sites and programs. Lead development of financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and long-range planning; ensure compliance and strong internal controls; collaborate with Pharmacy Senior Leadership and BUH Executive Leadership to drive strategic growth and achievement of financial goals across the 340B program and enterprise. Requires cross-functional leadership, executive communication, and accountability for system-wide financial strategy and performance in a hospital/healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressively responsible accounting/finance experience in a hospital or health care setting and/or supply chain/logistics; health system revenue cycle management experience preferred
- Experience with budget development, financial modeling, and strategic planning in a complex, multi-entity organization preferred
- Strong knowledge of inpatient and ambulatory pharmacy systems and finance; familiarity with 340B program financial management preferred
- Advanced skills with Microsoft 365 applications and BI tools (Power BI) and ability to produce complex documents and analyses
