Director Pharmacy Acute Care

Direct acute care pharmacy operations across Deaconess Health System, ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies and regulatory agencies while developing policies for patient safety. Establish departmental vision, manage operating and capital budgets, and oversee formulary management to drive cost-effectiveness. Lead quality improvement activities, recruit and evaluate pharmacy personnel, and collaborate with physicians, administration, and system committees. Respond to patient concerns and build stakeholder loyalty through problem-solving. Requires a PharmD or BS Pharmacy with minimum three years in pharmacy management.
