Job Summary
Director Pharmacist in Charge – Fulfillment leads pharmacy operations at the Durham, NC location with a focus on adherence to SOPs and state/federal regulations. Oversees licensing, quality, regulatory compliance, audits, adverse event documentation, and liaison with quality, regulatory bodies, and health professionals. Responsible for opening/closing activities, maintaining technician-to-pharmacist ratios, producing SOPs, guiding staff, and ensuring operational effectiveness. Requires pharmacy degree (BA/BS or PharmD) and active NC Pharmacist license, with at least 5 years of pharmacy experience and 5 years of management experience. Hybrid workforce policy noted; role described as in-person at posted location(s). Vaccination requirements may apply as part of policy. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D
- minimum of 5 years pharmacy experience
- minimum of 5 years management experience
- Current active unrestricted state license to practice pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) in North Carolina
- Prior experience with mail order and/or retail pharmacy compliance
