Job Summary
Director, Performance Marketing at Constant Contact responsible for owning paid acquisition across SMB, mid-market, and international segments, and for building and governing the measurement systems (attribution, incrementality, LTV) that drive performance. Owns the channel strategy and post-click experiences across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate, tailoring designs for self-serve SMB, mid-market sales-assisted, and international markets. Manages blended CAC and budget governance for US and international markets, with hands-on accountability in pacing, testing, and reallocation. Leads channel specialists, partners with analytics/product/sales, and steers a product-minded approach to channels, experiments, and cross-functional decision-making. Proficient in Google Ads, Meta, and DV360; preferred experience in SMB/mid-market/international segments and B2B SaaS with dual PLG and sales-assisted funnels.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in performance marketing with direct ownership of acquisition outcomes across multiple channels and customer segments
- Strong analytical judgment and commercial instinct
- Experience serving both self-serve and sales-assisted acquisition motions
- Hands-on budget management experience with large paid media budgets
- Excellent cross-functional communication with analytics, product, and sales stakeholders
- Proven people leadership with a track record of developing high-craft, accountable performance teams
- Platform Expertise across Google Ads, Meta, and DV360
