Job Summary
Lead Cboe's paid media strategy and demand generation across core business lines, owning the budget, channel mix, and agency relationship end-to-end. Define full-funnel growth strategies that translate commercial priorities into measurable pipeline impact, while building and optimizing campaigns across search, programmatic, and emerging platforms. Partner with sales, product marketing, and regional teams to ensure strong conversion paths and extend paid programs into lifecycle and retention efforts. Establish growth dashboards to track CAC, conversion rates, and ROI, continuously testing hypotheses to drive performance. Represent paid media results in executive settings and manage the growth marketing team.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- at least 5 years focused on paid media / performance marketing
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise across B2B paid channels – paid search, programmatic, LinkedIn, and financial / trade publications
- hands-on fluency in platform capabilities, bidding strategies, and creative best practices
- Proven ability to build integrated brand and demand programs
- demonstrate media's influence on pipeline in complex, long-cycle B2B env
- Experience marketing to institutional financial audiences
- Strong analytical skills
- comfort with attribution models and media mix modeling concepts
- Experience managing media budgets
- holding agencies accountable to performance targets
- Bachelor's degree
- legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
