Job Summary
Director, People & Talent role focused on shaping growth through Talent Growth & Organizational Development, Staffing & Workforce Planning, Recruiting & Hiring, HR Compliance & Operations, and Culture & Community. Responsibilities include designing performance review systems, facilitating development conversations with leadership, partnering with project leads on staffing across full-time and freelance talent, guiding candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding, ensuring compliant people operations, and building a culture that emphasizes growth, accountability, and collaboration. Ideal candidate demonstrates strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and experience navigating employee relations and organizational change across a distributed workforce. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in people operations, HR, organizational development, talent management, staffing, or related leadership roles
