Job Summary
Join Manifold Bio as the Director of People & Talent Operations to lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development in a rapidly growing biotech company. This role will drive HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and support the company’s growth from 35 to 60+ employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, human resources, business administration or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience at a high growth startup in biotech or tech industry
- Strong understanding of HR operations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proven track record maintaining confidentiality
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on experience building new programs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with talent acquisition in biotech sector
- Hands-on experience with HR systems like Greenhouse and Gusto
- Ability to develop impactful HR programs
- Strong problem-solving skills using technology
