Job Summary
Director of the People Hub responsible for leading DaVita’s HR shared services organization, shaping the strategy and operating model for scalable, high-quality employee support across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Reporting. Oversees a team of People Leaders and professionals to deliver end-to-end service delivery, automation, self-service, and intelligent case management, with SLAs and KPIs to ensure accuracy and timely resolution. Collaborates with Benefits, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and D&B to ensure smooth transitions of work into the shared services model, and drives continuous improvement using data analytics, AI-assisted tools, and cross-functional partnerships. Focus areas include building a culture of belonging, leadership development, vendor management, and transforming operations through scalable processes and technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years in HR operations with emphasis on leading shared services or employee support functions
- proven ability to build and lead teams, manage vendors, and drive organizational transformation
- strong technical proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and case management systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization
