Job Summary
Regional People Experience Partner responsible for strengthening employee purpose and experience by coaching managers, activating HR products/services, and partnering with account leadership to drive HR strategy, talent management, and transformation. Will collaborate with Centres of Excellence and Business Services to meet HR needs across regions, lead on recruitment enablement and succession planning, enhance onboarding and retention, and act as a trusted HR advisor to executives while delivering measurable improvements in employee lifecycle moments across the account.
