Job Summary
Director, People & Culture role reporting to the CEO in Halifax, NS. Lead HR strategy and operations with a balance of strategic influence and hands-on execution; provide senior guidance to the CEO and leadership team; strengthen performance management practices, employee relations, and HR policy/tools; support organizational development, engagement, culture initiatives, and leadership support; contribute to a healthy, accountable workplace in a small to mid-sized organization. Flexible, permanent part-time opportunity (~20 hours/week, with occasional flex up to 30 hours) requiring practical, credible HR leadership and strong judgment across people practices.
