Job Summary
Build and lead the Global People & Culture Operations HUB in Budapest, defining operational strategy and service standards for global HR administration. Oversee employee lifecycle processes including data management, contract administration, onboarding, and offboarding while ensuring legal compliance across Hungary and Romania. Lead regional HR teams, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HRIS workflows and automation. Collaborate with global business partners, Payroll, Finance, and IT to support transformation and change management. Manage labor law topics and monitor operational risks within an international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of leadership experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Operations
- Strong expertise in HR administration, HRIS systems, and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong process mindset with hands-on experience building scalable operational workflows from scratch
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working in an international and fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead through change and scale organizations
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
Desired Qualifications
- additional Eastern European language skills are a plus
