Job Summary
Director, People Analytics Partner (Sales & Services) will serve as a strategic analytics partner to Gartner’s HR and Recruiting leadership within the Sales & Services teams. The role provides consultative and technical analytics support, delivering solutions to critical business problems, ensuring data accuracy and scalable analytics practices, and influencing leadership with actionable insights. Responsibilities include partnering with senior HR and Recruiting leaders, driving staffing and productivity initiatives, solving complex problems using quantitative and qualitative data, storytelling with insights to influence executive decisions, and collaborating across functions to align analytics roadmaps with Sales & Services priorities. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics and HR or consulting
- Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with senior leadership to drive decisions
- Proven ability to influence and coordinate with global team members
- Proven track record of establishing trusted partner relationships across multiple business functions
- Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to solve complex/unstructured business problems using data to translate insights into actionable solutions
- Experience influencing product and analytics roadmaps and cross-functional collaboration with Sales Strategy & Operations, Finance, IT, and other departments
