Job Summary
Coordinate pediatric dialysis, remote monitoring, and sleep lab services across 6, 60, and 8 beds respectively to align with organizational vision and growth goals. Lead collaboration with hospital and medical staff leadership to develop specialty services for children with acute renal failure, end-stage renal disease, or acute poisoning. Manage budgets, productivity, and best practices while fostering staff development and cultivating strong relationships within the 314-bed freestanding children's hospital system.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Master's level education (MSN, MBA, or MHA) if RN without BSN
- Five years' experience in a healthcare facility
- At least two (2) years of recent hemodialysis experience
- Valid license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse (if RN)
- Experience in managing budgets, productivity, and best practices
- Possess strong communication skills, staff development, and relationship cultivator
