Job Summary
Lead project development for PDS Projects in India by guiding teams through every phase to meet client expectations. Establish organizational structures for reporting and communication, ensuring quality control systems are in place. Oversee motivated project teams, attend meetings, submit monthly reports, and monitor budgets while developing proficiency in in-house technology like Project Home Page and Prolog. Maintain strong client relationships by identifying needs and managing revenue and payment cycles, while keeping an eye on business opportunities. Build a network of professional consultants, handle vendor contract administration, and identify project risks. Develop regular project-related reports and analyses. Requires a property-related degree, 10 to 12 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Prolog. Located in Hyderabad with 48 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in any property-related discipline
- 10 to 12 years' experience in design, construction or project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Prolog
- Deep understanding of the legal environment for each project in respect to planning, commercial aspects, and delivery
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to handle complex conversations with business owners, senior executives, and decision makers
- Ability to build team relationships
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders in and out of the organisation
