Job Summary
Director of PayWise+ responsible for end-to-end business leadership including strategy, product, sales, marketing, engineering, and operations with full P&L ownership. Lead a 15-person matrixed team, drive go-to-market across on-Access and off-Access segments, and collaborate with global leadership to accelerate growth. Key responsibilities include defining PayWise+ strategy and roadmap, building scalable processes, representing PayWise+ externally with clients and partners, and driving revenue, margin, and cost management. Requires significant experience in technology or fintech, proven P&L management, and strong cross-functional leadership with a commercial focus; familiarity with payments or embedded finance is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in technology or technology-enabled financial services
- P&L ownership experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, operations)
- Deep commercial acumen including unit economics and pricing
- Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Strong communication and influencing skills in a matrixed environment
- Experience in payments, embedded finance, or financial wellness is a strong advantage
