Director, Patient Safety

Direct the patient safety strategy and lead regional, cross-functional teams to ensure safety enablement across development and lifecycle management. Provide technical leadership on benefit–risk strategy, signal evaluation, and responses to emerging safety issues; guide assigned products and safety processes; shape regional strategy and translate priorities into objectives, plans, and performance measures. Drive regulatory interactions, inspections, and interfaces with external organizations; develop and mentor teams; manage resources, budgeting, and project initiatives in a global/regional environment. Build a culture of courageous leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning, leveraging digital tools and data to ensure audit and inspection readiness and to accelerate safe, life-changing medicines to patients worldwide.
