Job Summary
Director, Patient Marketing leads the development and execution of patient marketing strategies for COMP360, including core digital materials and a patient support services plan in partnership with the Patient Engagement team. Responsible for market research, informing strategic planning, developing promotional materials that educate patients and care partners on COMP360's value proposition with regulatory compliance, managing marketing budgets and KPIs, and driving cross-functional alignment to support the commercialization launch. Builds and mentors a high-performing marketing team and collaborates across Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Corporate Communications, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Legal to deliver go-to-market initiatives that drive patient awareness and adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of marketing experience in biotech/pharma
- strong understanding of US healthcare dynamics, payer environment, and regulatory requirements for investigational products
- expertise in market research, brand strategy, omnichannel marketing, and analytics tools
- excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills
