Oversee Cash Applications, Posting, Customer Service, and Medicaid Advocacy departments within the Revenue Cycle. Coordinate operations while adhering to financial policies, monitor regulatory compliance, and manage budgets to ensure fiscal goals are met. Establish controls for accuracy, develop policies supporting service provision, and lead a proactive Charity Care Program. Maintain confidentiality of privileged information and ensure a safe environment for personnel and customers. Provide timely, objective performance feedback and coach staff to exceed customer service expectations. Manage teams of 10+ employees in a hybrid role with in-office time at Corporate Headquarters in Owings Mills, MD.
